The Rugby English Active Learning (REAL) Programme integrates non-contact rugby training with English development, delivered by native-English-speaking coaches. Primary 4-6 students were taught rugby over 6 hours of practice sessions Students learn and practise English through teamwork, sports drills, and sports-themed reading—having fun while building language confidence and essential values, i.e. teamwork, respect, resilience etc. Upon completion, each participant receives a certificate and a souvenir as recognition of their progress.
